Positioned the institution as an oasis of innovation. Managed the relationship between the institution and its audiences by advertising its orientations, developing strategies and using effective means to spread the messages and promote the image of the institution. Laid the background of a multi-million dollar partnership.
Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation
Developed the creation, quality and consistency of Communication form & content in support of the foundation's overall strategy, resulting in 52% gift growth.
BENEFICIAL LOBBYING ACTIVITES
Apparel Quebec
Wrote the memorandum tabled in a parliamentary committee that allowed the abolition of the decrees governing the industry and thus contributed greatly to the competitiveness of the companies in the sector.

Positioned the association as the main Canadian apparel industry player and contributed to the development of its activities, thus resulting in government grants of $3M for the association and $82M for the members.
Organized trade missions to Japan and France fully subsidized by the government at my request/application, which allowed some companies to start their export activities in these new markets.
